BoviAnalyser:

BoviAnalyser is intended to be a web-based tool for the analysis of data from the commercial Bovigam IFNy assay.

The program was originally developed in response to a collaboration with the Veterinary Laboratories Agency (VLA), who use the Bovigam routinely but were lacking an efficient and reliable means of analysis. To extend the usability and accessability of the program a website is in development which will allow the user to remotely submit their data and receive the results of the analysis by email.

I hope to have the website fully functional asap, but writing up is taking alot of my time!
